Hi - I've been interviewing at a firm for months, had several interviews across this time period. Changing practice areas from corporate to litigation due to interest - spent 4 years in biglaw. Followed up with hiring manager in early December and got no response. Followed up again in early January and no response. Any advice on next steps?

I mean...give up? Do nothing? Look for other jobs? It's not like they forgot who you are, but it means that right now there isn't an offer available for you. Showing up in person and knocking on the door won't change that. Look for a different dance partner but hope that the one you really want comes back look for ya, I suppose.

I think there's nothing wrong with following up once after like 3-4 weeks of your last interview, but I would not reach out after to that and assume you've been rejected. They have your contact information. If they are interested, they will reach out to you.
