Solid shop that provides better WLB (at least compared to big law). But it's a pretty new firm that focuses almost exclusively on PE, so you should go in with your eyes open. I'm of boer extraction, but we haven't been on that side of the Atlantic since before WWI and I don't speak any Afrikaans. I can't say what it's like today, but I looked at this shop a few years back and my recollection was base comp was slightly above biglaw.
