Top Law Schools

There’s obviously a lot of discussion here about the non-equity partnership at Kirkland, but I’m curious what it looks like at other top firms (e.g. Latham, Skadden, PW, STB, etc.). Can any-me shed light on what the path to non-equity partnership looks like at those firms, what the comp is (starting and ranges), and how real the prospects of moving to equity partnership are?
