Non-equity partnership at top firms other than Kirkland

I’ve seen a lot of discussion here regarding non-equity partnership at Kirkland, but I’m curious what it looks like at other top firms (Latham, Skadden, PW, STB, etc.). Any insight on what the path to non-equity partnership looks like at those firms, what the comp is, and how likely it is to make the jump from non-equity to equity partner? Comparing/contrasting to Kirkland would also be helpful. Thanks in advance.
