Top Law Schools

Mid-level at WSGR doing a wide mix of EC/VC, M&A and cap markets. Really like my firm but interviewed with K&E on a wim and got an offer to join their M&E/PE team. Was super impressed with the folks I interviewed with there, comp is top notch, and I think it could be a good fit for what I want to do long term, but am freaked out by the horror stories. I appreciate the fact I’m leaving out a number of very important details that would factor into such a decision, but want to keep things as general as possible to remain anon.

Anyways, would I crazy to leave WSGR for K&E? Would appreciate your general thoughts!
