What kind of work do you do in L&E Big Law?

What do attorneys who do L&E in Big law do? I understand that insurance defense firms and L&E boutiques have lower rates and handle the EPLI work so does that mean its largely transactional and advice and counsel for Big Law? Like what kind of projects/work do big law L&E people do?
