Which would you choose to lateral to (assuming all three are options)? And why?

Skadden LA has the edge in both corporate and litigation work. If you wanna do mid-market PE, Kirkland is probs better (and overall isn't too far behind) but for most other groups, Skadden is a safer bet. Compensation is higher at Kirkland tho due to their above-market bonuses. Proskauer isn't quite on the level of those two yet so I'd probs rule them out.

Not sure about culture though.
