Am I the only one annoyed? It doesn’t even work on my phone properly, when I try to click the blue plus symbols to get more information they just don’t move.

It sucks. The interface isn’t user-friendly and google links to firm vault pages do not seem to work anymore (in most cases).
Seems to me like the primary target audience of firsthand is not lawyers. Wouldn’t be surprised to see it lose its utility as a lawyer info source over the next few years.

5 stars. You can actually read the associate reviews of the firm without having to log in. You can get to the back end of the list without having to scroll down forever. Just press the button for 70-79 or whatever and you're there. Huge improvements in my book. Now the name...that could use some work.
