Comp range and title for in-house biotech IP counsel in Boston?
I can't find this info anywhere!! Does anyone know what range to expect or ask for? 3rd year associate in big law with PhD, current base comp 215k. Looking to move in-house ASAP to a small or medium biotech as IP counsel. Not sure about title or comp range, any advice appreciated!
