What the...I had no idea. How do these people even get hired? Not through the normal 3L OCI process I'm assuming? What schools do they tend to come from?

Damn, that's $62,400 annually if you work 10 hours a week. I think $120 is Latham rate, S&C is $75/hour; KE and Cravath are both $100-105/hr.
