Hogan Lovells (SV)
Anyone have any knowledge about the Hogan Lovells SV office for M&A/corporate work? Saw a post that commented on Richard Climan's group being difficult to work with. Curious if this is true, or how they stack up to other firms doing corporate work in the Bay Area.
