Demographics of the partner you work for

Trying to get a sense of the diversity problem in biglaw, and whether it's due to prejudice and favoritism. Are certain groups much much more likely to attain partnership in biglaw because of prejudice? If so, can we please talk about this and see if there's anything that can be done to make biglaw more fair and equitable?
