Will I get bonus if I leave before January?

I might be joining another firm before January. My firm pays bonus at the end of January. Am I going to lose my bonus if I leave?

Yes. See if you can get your new firm (if applicable) to pay that bonus to you.

Your current firm will not pay your bonus if you leave before bonuses are paid.
