15th century full plate armor, with a mail hauberk underneath. You'll look and feel invincible.

Zoomfilter. Just get a bunch of options and flip back and forth to match your meetings.

I'm sure anything at least as formal as a polo shirt will be sufficient. It's probably orientation so no one will care.

The honest answer is to observe whatever level of formality is appropriate for your firm.
Depending on the firm, most people might be wearing suits and ties despite orientation/work being remote, or you might be fine with a black t-shirt. We can't speak to anything more than generalities, but you should have plenty of points of contact at your firm to get clarification on this.
My own advice if I didn't know what to expect with the dress code would be to wear a formal dress shirt, sans tie, and have a suit jacket and necktie nearby that you could throw on. After the first day, you should know whether you'll be fine with a polo/t-shirt or not as I imagine they will address it.

Remote orientation at Gibson Dunn DC (probably on the more formal end of the spectrum) last year was business casual. Nobody in a suit and tie.

Tuxedo on top, absolutely nothing on bottom.
