I saw Hunter Biden's photo where he started the measuring tape back at his butthole and then wrapped the tape around his dick a few times, and he only got up to 9. 10 is simply not possiblerandomthrowaway wrote: ↑Thu Sep 16, 2021 10:03 amI don't believe anyone really has a 10 inch dick without padding. A 6 inch dick, with detailed measurements stating exactly the length (i.e., 6 inches that is 95% erect is very hard). If you work it every single weekend maybe you can bump that to 6.5 inches. But 10 inches? I simply don't believe it.

This is objectively true. Reviewed a bill for a client that refuses block billing. Filled with 0.4s, 0.5s with detailed descriptions and then 8.0 "Correspondence, discussions" from 70-year old $2200/hr partner.NoLongerALurker wrote: ↑Tue Sep 14, 2021 2:23 amGuys -- $3,000 hours. Maybe OP is just saying that all super-senior elder-statesmen partners are notorious padders. This is all just a misunderstanding.

Billing narratives are discoverable so the vaguer the better (some old partner told me that once)The Lsat Airbender wrote: ↑Thu Sep 16, 2021 5:36 pmEven more based than "review due diligence" guytlsguy2020 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 16, 2021 5:35 pmThis is objectively true. This analogy is…not apt.Monochromatic Oeuvre wrote: ↑Wed Sep 15, 2021 7:55 pmI don't believe anyone really plays in the NBA. High school ball, with good defense and efficient scoring, is very hard. If you work every single weekend maybe you can bump that to a D-1 scholarship. But the NBA? I simply don't believe it.

I cannot agree with this more. I am close to 3,000 hours this year, and I have definitely underbilled. It really is as boring as, I bill generally 12 hours a week day (does vary quite a bit) and I bill 6 to 10 on many of my weekend days. This is even after taking some vacation. Some days I am working from when I wake up to when I went to bed.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Wed Sep 15, 2021 5:13 amGood for you. You’ve never billed a 3000 year. I’ll tell you a secret: when you bill a 3000 hr year, you actually work closer to 3,250. Time gets lost when you’re that busy, not “found”. You don’t “pad;” to the contrary, you don’t bill everything.
