Considering S&C

I am strongly leaning towards taking a S&C offer. Interested in corporate work with no idea about specific practice area (which means I'm attracted by the generalist approach the first 18 months at S&C offer). I've liked all the people I've met so far, but many of these have been those the firm chooses to put in front of candidates (I have liked the ones I spoke to on my own). I don't see myself staying in big law for long but I want to make sure I am not making a mistake doing this. There has been a lot written on here in the past about cultural issues and this worries me. Am I making a mistake?

You are not an idiot for securing an offer from them, but this question is idiotic.

Think about if you actually want to take advice from people who self-select into mega-posting here on a frequent basis.
