Hey attorneys in NY or DC

Are there any biglaw firms still looking for summer associate applications? Either litigation or corporate, willing to direct apply from t14. Thank you!

Firms don’t stop until they’re full, sometimes you can get offers through September. I’m sure folks will chime in that they received offers even during the spring (with narrowing success). Keep at it.

I’ve heard STB is still hiring. I think DPW is as well. Just check all the V100 websites and see if their apps are still open. If they are, it probably means that they’re hiring.

Sidley - all offices. Rumor has it they plan to greatly expand their summer classes in 2022.

Sidley summer in NY here. Recruiting gave us a heads-up about the firm's (standard) referral bonuses if we got our rising 3L friends to switch over to Sidley instead. The focus was on corporate recruiting but technically open to anyone. I think the email was a firm-wide one.

Got an email from ML DC in the last couple of days asking if I was still interested in a corporate summer SA and requesting an updated resume. So not everyone's full.
