Cooley (PA), MoFo (SF), WSGR (PA), or Perkins (PA)?

Trying to choose between these four for tech transactions, leaning a bit towards Cooley or MoFo. SF is strongly preferable to Palo Alto for me, but it seems like the Palo Alto firms work more with startups while MoFo works with bigger companies—do you think that affects exit options? Some posters on here have said MoFo has less clout in the tech world, but I don’t know how seriously to take that. I really liked the people at all 4.
Goals are in-house or tech policy. Any advice is appreciated!

In terms of practice area, this should be a decision between Cooley and WSGR. If you are dead set on SF, your choice seems made for you, but know that Cooley and WSGR >> MoFo in the tech space.

Cooley is the strongest.

For tech transactions, Cooley is best, then WSGR. Used to be the other way around I think.
Wouldn't bother with Perkins. Also probably not worth considering MoFo, despite you preferring SF.
