Interested in corporate law, leaning EC/VC but I don’t particularly care tbh. Any insights?

If you're leaning EC/VC, then this is WSGR by a landslide and it's not close. PH is not a player in EC/VC at all.

Even if WSGR doesn't blow away PH's EC/VC, PH's corporate group in PA is toxic as fuck.

The SF corp group is basically just the PE group + 1 guy who does his own thing mostly with NY associates. And yeah, the PE group has problems. Turnover is really high, but it's better than a lot of the other PH CA corp groups (including PA) so they grab associates from those who still see it as step up as needed.
