Fried Frank (NY) vs. Ropes & Gray (NY) vs. Sidley Austin (NY)

Interested in corporate transactional work. I got a good vibe from all the interviews and it sounded like the culture at both Ropes and Sidley was relatively associate-friendly. Mainly thinking about prestige and exit opportunities down the line. Fried Frank is the only firm of the three that is based out of New York, so I'm not sure how much that should factor into my decision as well.
