Thoughts? Looking to do general corporate/finance. VERY interested in the tech scene.

Cooley all the way. For tech, corporate, and culture.

Perkins has by far the best/most widespread reputation in Seattle, although not sure about tech transactional spaces specifically.

I'd personally choose Cooley for multiple reasons: smaller office looking to expand, broader clientele, and business outlook. Even if Perkins and DWT are PNW-based, it doesn't necessarily mean they're the "best." In fact, I'm pretty averse to HQ offices because it can be easy to get lost amongst the hundreds of attorneys and you'll feel more like a cog in the wheel as opposed to an integrated part of a smaller team.

I also agree that Cooley's probably the best option here for the tech aspect.
Perkins is also a strong choice, I don't think you could go wrong with this one. I do think DWT isn't as strong as the other 2 because it doesn't have the presence your 2 other choices have.
By the way, when did you get your Perkins offer approximately, if you don't mind sharing?
