Tech Transactions Hours

Can anyone comment on what the hours are like at the tech transactions practices in NY's V10s? It is better than M&A -- less fire drills? I have offers at DPW and Skadden -- interested in both groups.

At Skadden, the hours are def better than M&As. Also the tech transactions folks there are generally great to work with top to bottom. Don't know much about DPW's TT practice.

Are these summer associate or lateral positions?
