Top Law Schools

I have offers at several of the following firms and am waiting to hear back from another. Any advice on which is the best to go to for M&A? I've heard that the Latham and MoFo SF offices work pretty much in tandem with the Silicon Valley offices.

Latham (SF)
MoFo (SF)
STB (PA)
Kirkland (SF)

For Bay Area Only:

Latham>MoFo >or roughly= Kirkland > STB

However, for employment decisions it may be wise to take more than relative expertise/prestige into account. Culture matters a lot and with so many excellent exit options in the area, you may want to think more about your endgame than anything else.
