Just going online to some law firms, I'm seeing posts for 3Ls from Cleary and Kirkland on their websites.
With how gangbusters the workload is at most firms, I'm willing to bet almost all V-whatever firms are hiring 3Ls with the right credentials/summer experience.
I checked the Kirkland website but didn't find any posts. Is that where you were looking? Also, any idea if their TX offices (Austin, Dallas, Houston) are hiring?
Oh my bad, I checked KE's site quite a while ago; can't even remember what group(s) the postings were for.
I would nonetheless send a direct application to the recruiting contact for the office you're looking into. There's really nothing to lose, they'll tell you if they aren't hiring. No info on the TX offices, sorry.

No clue about Texas but I reached out to Kirkland NY in June and they said they are assessing needs and will contact later this month.

Had a callback last week (following a screener the prior week). No news so I'm assuming a ding since Kirkland typically offers within 48 hours of a callback, though I'm unsure if this applies for 3L's. How about you?

I saw a post on LinkedIn of someone accepting a litigation entry level position (they didn’t summer there).

Seems like corporate is all over the place. Had a cb but haven't seen anyone post re: offer

Has anyone heard from S&C or CSM? Or heard of other people getting offers? Any general corp/lit positions or only ECB?

Anecdotal but someone I know interviewed with Cravath (idk if it was screener or callback) for corporate and didn't get an offer.

Covington and Cadwalader I've heard are also looking for 3Ls
Not that I would necessarily recommend this for most, but if you're a desperate 3L you might want to try applying to CWT NYC and/or CLT and indicate an interest in structured finance (and know what a CMBS is).

Hard disagree here. Even if you’re desperate and trying your hardest with massmailing, I would steer well clear away from Cadwalader and it’s “capital markets group”

Just as a datapoint, I got a cb from KE NY a few weeks ago but turned it down since I accepted another offer.
3.5 at a T25 with mid-sized firm SA experience.
