Northwestern OCI 2021: electric boogaloo

Class of 2023 edition

Let's get the ball rolling, and help each other out along the way. Any help from NU upperclassmen/alumni is welcomed.

Initial OCI schedule, including the bid number. Used all 43 bids, all Chi unless otherwise noted:

2. Kirkland
3. Sidley
4. Mayer (non-lit)
5. Foley
6. McDermott
7. Jenner
9. Katten
13. Locke Lord
19. Bryan Cave
20. Fox Rothschild (NY)
23. Much

Missed on Baker McKenzie at #1, Morgan Lewis at #8, and H&K #10. Was told by several people these were safe spots for these firms before submitting bids. Kind of bummed that I only got 1 of my NY bids, I only aimed for Chi and NY

Has anyone gotten any callbacks yet after an OCI screener? Wondering how quickly we will see movement.

3 call backs so far. 1 of them was yesterday, Chicago firm (same day). 2 of them today (same day).

For those getting callbacks, around what times are you getting the notifications? Are they mostly phone calls or emails?

I've gotten two around 11am, and one near COB. Two phone calls, one email.
