Why wouldn’t Kirkland have announced this already?Anonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Jul 13, 2021 2:21 amI know people at K&E and they can confirm. Class of 2021 is going to 215k at the beginning of 2022.

Wrong choice of firm to troll with. K&E has made it clear a thousand times that that they will always match, never raise.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Jul 13, 2021 2:21 amI know people at K&E and they can confirm. Class of 2021 is going to 215k at the beginning of 2022.

If you are trolling here, you are just a bad person.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Jul 13, 2021 2:08 pmcan confirm that class of 2021 will get 215K starting 2022 at KE Bay offices. it's stated in a letter, so unless it's a typo it's a real thing. not sure what the impact is on other class years or why they don't just put it out there and claim a new KE scale.
If true send it to ATL.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Jul 13, 2021 2:08 pmcan confirm that class of 2021 will get 215K starting 2022 at KE Bay offices. it's stated in a letter, so unless it's a typo it's a real thing. not sure what the impact is on other class years or why they don't just put it out there and claim a new KE scale.

Bruh you’re not even the op. I am. Idk if it’s true but someone that is reliable has told me about this offer letter thing. I hope it’s true lolAnonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Jul 13, 2021 1:33 pmOP here, an incoming K&E associate literally got an email about the subject.
If you're an incoming associate and you didn't get the email about the salary raise, check again!
Finally, y'all can doubt me but when it's finally announced, y'all gonna regret saying this.![]()

We don't have the time or inclination to police petty stuff like this (or ban everyone who insults the volunteer mods for not getting involved in petty stuff like this).Monochromatic Oeuvre wrote: ↑Wed Jul 14, 2021 4:01 pmIf the mods were worth a shit, "screenshot or ban" would be an actual rule for these instead of just a principle.
What letter? When in the history of biglaw salary raises has a raise ever been announced 6 months in advance by a “letter”?Anonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Jul 27, 2021 4:06 amSorry for reviving this thread. But, I can attest 215k is true. The letter says there will be an anticipated salary increase to 215k beginning January '22.
Yeah this part doesn't make sense to me, the benefit of being a comp leader is the publicity..Ultramar vistas wrote: ↑Tue Jul 27, 2021 9:04 amWhat letter?
