Virtual return visit attire

What is appropriate men's attire for a virtual second look at a firm? Since I already have an offer and it's via Zoom, is a tie still recommended? Or just a dress shirt and blazer?

The answer for this will vary but safest will always be full suit and tie. However, for more laid back firms you will be perfectly fine with slacks and a button down, whereas to CSM for example you should wear a full suit and tie since that’s the normal office attire there.
You can also ask the recruiting coordinator for recommended attire.

FWIW, I did a virtual lateral interview with a firm that is known for how white their shoes are (suit and tie mandatory, think S&C, CSM) and the recruiter recommended that I wear a dress shirt with no tie. Recruiter had successfully placed some attorneys at this firm, so assume he had a feel. Probably firm-by-firm, but I do think the suit and tie on zoom can come off as a bit forced, though maybe the partners like to see the eagerness.
