Interviewed with STB last Thursday. Really wish they would give me an answer this week or next week. My school's OCI starts the first week of August.

Will I hear back from STB NY before OCI? I'm wondering why I even bothered interviewing with them early if they are taking so long. Their recruiting should be forthcoming about timelines...I really like STB but may go to a peer firm because of how long they're taking

and yeah i agree it’s kinda a shitty feeling when you have another offer and are being recruited but one of your top choices is putting you on ice

I did a screener for CIP and have been ghosted since then.
