Honestly, looking for speculation. This seems like a terrible time for salary raises because now that's all we are going to be talking about instead of which firm is short changing us on WFH and work/life balance. Thoughts??

This salary talk will end by July 1, when salaries take effect. Obviously, no name/non-relevant firms will make decisions about salary after July 1 and ATL will use misleading clickbait titles. But it will be old news.
Meanwhile we will still be discussing WFH because most firms have announced fall returns.

My NYC firm has announced 3 days a week but unofficially most people mid level and up will be able to do what they want (subject to specific group and partner preferences)
