Post by kingofkingz » Thu Jun 10, 2021 2:40 am

Are there any particular small / medium sized law firms in NYC that M&A / PE V10-15 corporate associates commonly lateral to in NYC if they don't start their own firms? OP here. One interesting example I came across was Ellenoff Grossman & Schole. More relevant for capital markets associates but nonetheless helps understand where I'm getting at: https://news.bloomberglaw.com/mergers-a ... ch&index=3.

Does anyone have any insight into Ellenoff Grossman? Is it better than BigLaw in terms of hours, culture etc.?
