Hey all. I'm in Cali and I'm leaving my firm, but not sure how I should go about informing my clients I'm leaving. The goal is to bring the clients I developed with me, but doing so professionally and ethically.

I would look at your state’s ethical rules. I know my state has specific rules about when you can contact former clients (usually not until you start at new firm). Could also ask your new firm how they want you to proceed.
