Advice on lateral onboarding?

Hey all! I am making a lateral transition from a mid-size firm to Big Law soon and I am looking for advice on how to best onboard, things to watch out for in this transition to Big Law, what people do for equipment (i.e. computers, desks, and chairs as my current firm sent those home with us for the pandemic WFH), and how you handle leaving and letting clients know you're leaving.
