Secondary/tertiary market salary hikes
Law.com reports that DLA Piper, Taft Stettinius & Hollister, Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders, McGuireWoods, King & Spalding, Alston & Bird, Ice Miller, and Womble Bond Dickinson have all hiked secondary and tertiary market salaries, with DLA, McGuire, and A&B moving to single scales across all offices. It seems like the raises are concentrated in but not exclusively in the Southeast, especially Atlanta and the Carolinas.

Re: Secondary/tertiary market salary hikes
Here’s to hoping that the rest of the Atlanta firms get dragged up to the primary market pay scale. I’d hate to lateral at this point, but the pay difference makes it too tempting.
