Current NYC V5 M&A midlevel hoping to lateral to Seattle. What's the market like? Pay? Work life balance? Would not mind less than NYC pay for better work life but wondering whether I'll actually get better work life. Would love to eventually exit to FAANG in Seattle. Possible from Seattle firms or should I try straight from my V5?
