Top Law Schools

Any word on gunderson? I know they are tops for EC/VC work, but what about their other practices such as public company work, M&A, or tech trans?
Any word on the culture, hours, etc?
How are the offices outside of SV?

Top for sell side M&A as well as tech trans. Public company practice group is growing, but it’s definitely not at the level of WSGR, Cooley or Fenwick (for issuer side cap markets).

Maybe someone else who works at Gunderson can chime in on the other questions.
