Top Law Schools

How easy is it to lateral from Houston to LA as a lit associate? I will be starting at one of the top lit boutiques in Houston (think AZA, Yetter, Gibbs, Beck Redden). Previously I have D.Ct + COA clerkships — D.Ct. in Texas and COA in one of the 5th, 6th, 10th, 11th. I also have 1-2 years work experience in east coast biglaw.

Anon above — I also have family ties in LA, was born and raised in the region, and went to one of the top state unis (think USC/UCLA/Stanford/Berkeley). Went to a T6 afterwards.
