Firms hiring remote associates

I am an associate in a mid-market firm and am interested in the big firms that are
hiring associates regardless of location. I’ve heard that Goodwin Procter and maybe Winston are doing this. Has anyone heard of others? Has anyone applied or been hired? Is the pay and bonus eligibility the same as major markets?

Which practice (lit, Corp, reg) and where are you barred? Ive been looking into this and may have some leads for you

Corporate first year who can't imagine surviving big law when not WFH (not mandated to go back this year) barred in Tx. Know any leads wouldn't really apply right now since I wouldn't leave my firm until later but still curious.
