Am curious as to any insight into Jones Day’s policies or perceptions on WFH 2 days a week. Considering approaching them given they have an office within 2 hrs of my otherwise very rural desired place to live and would be willing to commute 2-3 days a week. Currently a senior associate at a top firm in corporate practice.

Current JD associate. It's going to vary by office and practice group leader in your office. FWIW, before COVID, an associate (had multiple children) in my office WFH twice a week

I would raise this and if they want to hire you I think they will likely agree. At least in my office there are people who worked from home more often (pre-COVID) due to family obligations.

Thanks for the responses. Very helpful. Was particularly curious about pre-COVID since I am sure most (if not all) firms would allow this given how busy it is. Pre-COVID gives a good sense for sustainability long term of this type of arrangement.
