I’m mid level considering a lateral move to. Different firm/market and given the advice to first years, I’m hesitant that I’ll be able to get into/find a good work flow. Wonder how much consideration I give that potential obstacle.

Any updates? Went into the office today for a change of pace and hated every second of it. Can't go back to this five days a week.

Ropes is going to see a huge influx of applications if others don't follow their lead, I would imagine
