Top Law Schools

I'm a year and 8 months into biglaw at a V20 and working in a niche corporate field that I'm very much looking to get out of. Is there a book/website/resource that can help me both understand the fundamentals of M&A law + the day-to-day documents I'll be exposed to? I have an opportunity to accept some M&A work and while the hours are going to be terrible, I really want to get off on the best foot (hoping to try lateraling into M&A in 3-6 months and the experience will be useful I'm sure).
