Does anyone have a good sense or ballpark of what a healthcare attorney might be able to command in-house at the roughly senior associate or counsel levels (out of biglaw)? Exploring some potential transitions- hence the question and the anon.

Mainly interested in hospital in house positions, but other healthcare institutions would be interesting as well.
