Is my shot at a SA 2021 position over?

I am at a T6 school, good grades, strong resume with work exp., diversity. Did OCI in California without strong ties to the market. 18 screeners, only 2 callbacks (but one at a top lit firm). I am a first-gen student so while navigating through this I made a lot of rookie errors that I should have known to avoid (came to a T6 university instead of a Cali law school even though I wanted to work in Cali when I graduate, relied solely on OCI for my job search, didn't do Pre-OCI). Additionally, because I was so excited about one of my CBs I didn't start applying to firms in New York/Chicago where I have strong connections until late January and have since realized almost all SA classes are full up. Did I screw myself over? Is there anything else I can do beyond the more than 100 applications I have filled out. I am starting to hit the 1-2 week mark without news back from firms I applied to.

All you can do now is keep on applying to any firm you haven't applied to yet. Look at smaller markets, less "prestigious" firms. The odds are not great though, most firms seem to have filled out their reduced classes. We picked one of the worst years in the last 7-8 years to go to law school lol

Coming from a T6, I think you're always going to be competitive for a spot even if it seems like the firms have stopped hiring. Unless they've received way too many acceptances and oversubscribed, I wouldn't say you're out based on timing alone. Keep chugging along sending out applications. When it comes to formal applications outside of the OCI process, it seems as though firms are taking a very long time to get back to people. 1-2 weeks is completely normal given the circumstances.
