I noticed from vault that for 2020, Paul Hastings has 95 summer associates but only gave 90 2L offers. I also noticed from TLS that they did not give 100% offer in some previous years. Anyone knows their offer rates these years?

Anyone knows about the culture of their NY office?

I am a 3L and was an SA in the LA office - I know for LA, there was a 100% offer rate last summer that was announced on the last day of the program. I believe the Vault discrepancy might be because there were 5 1L SA's spread throughout the firm's offices. So the first category (Number of Summer Associates) is 95 because it counts the 1L SA's in that category. The second category (Number of 2L offers) is 90, which to the best of my knowledge is consistent with the number of 2L SA's the firm had in all US offices in 2020 (we did a few firmwide SA trainings/events, which is how I know that). I can't speak to the culture of the NY office though, sorry!
