Income of share partner at regional big law

Looking for any anectodotal evidence of partner salaries at these top regional biglaw firms. Mostly thinking of Midwest regional shops that are midlaw—honigman, Goldberg kohn etc.
I know that their senior associates are making way less than big law, but are their equity partners making 250k? 500k? 800k?
I know this is highly variable which is why I’m looking for anecdotes and not hard facts—-I don’t think reliable big data on these shops exist.

Just one data point, but at the top midlaw firm I’m most familiar with in a smaller Midwestern market, the scale goes from first-year partner equivalents (~7th-8th years) who make ~250k to rainmakers who can hit ~1m. Your salary depends on hours, billing rate, and business generation. I assume salaries at a Chicago firm like Goldberg Kohn would be significantly higher.

Goldberg Kohn is a bit of a lifestyle firm as far as Chicago biglaw goes. Would not surprise me if their non-equity partners make like $300-350k and their equity partners make $600-900k with a few outliers.

I'm at one of these lifestylish firms. Associates can make up to the $300K range plus bonuses not close to big law. I think non-share partners with no books are in the $300-400 range. Equity partners are all over the board. Some can, and do, make millions.

Which law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area are more like these lifestyle-like firms with these bigger salaries?
