Top Law Schools

Extremely grateful to have offers at all three firms. Based on my research, for m&a/general corporate, these firms are nearly identical in terms of prestige, quality of work, and work life balance (meaning there is none).

Could anyone please provide any insights on these firms, especially re their work assignment system?

IMO - if you can stand the idea of the rotation system, go CSM. If you like the generalist concept, go S&C
