Moving on post-CB (Bay Area)

I'm a 2L at Berkeley with "meh" grades, and I got 4 callbacks from OCI, all of them with Bay Area offices. I've completed them all and have heard nothing. It's been >2 weeks since my first two callbacks.

I figure that I'm on some sort of waitlist because I know some of the firms I spoke with have extended offers. For what it's worth, I thought the callbacks went well (or at least I'm pretty sure I didn't completely blow it lol.)

How likely is it that I'll get an offer at this point? I'm already mass-mailing, doing resume collect, etc, but I can't help but hold out for some hope. Would love to hear some inspirational stories about getting offers, like, 4 weeks out from an interview.

I'm a 2L (not at a Bay Area school but I have ties to the Bay Area). I had 3 callbacks with Bay Area firms and got two rejections exactly a week from callback (which is when they said I would hear back since that's when the hiring team met). I never heard back from the third firm, which was the first one I interviewed with (Sidley). I'm also sending good vibes your way!

hey op, don't let it get you down because some firms have definitely been super slow. i just got an offer today from an sf firm. my screener was on Jan 9, callback was on the 14th. so 4 weeks between callback and offer could happen to you too. wishing you the best of luck.
