Steptoe (DC) vs Goodwin (Boston)

Want to be in DC long term - short term likely leaving the firm to clerk in 2-3 years though and then trying to go to DC big law regardless after clerkship. Is it worth it to go to Goodwin because its V30? Or better to take the Steptoe DC offer since it feels like this will be my one opportunity to break into the DC market (no DC ties personally/professionally, and this is my only DC offer)?

Steptoe -- if you want to go to DC, go to DC. Nobody will look down on Steptoe but people will question why you went to Boston if you say you want DC.
