Sidley (Chicago) vs DPW (NYC)

Hi!
I got offers from both of these firms and I am not sure how to move forward.
I like both cities. I connected with the people at both firms. Both are very prestigious, specially in their respective markets. Both have extremely strong practices in a couple of areas I am interested in (Tax for DPW, Global Finance for Sidley).
Goals are partnership (hopefully in that firm, but I am open to moving to pursue it).
Any insider info about culture, hours, chances of partnership, particularly for a woman will be appreciated.
