cancel callback?

Is an email sufficient or is a phone call to the recruiter expected to cancel a callback?

email is fine (assuming a couple days notice). if it was more last minute i'd call first, voicemail if necessary, then email.

I cancelled two Monday CBs this morning via email. No issues at all.

Our career services actually recommends we cancel via email (presumably for a paper trail? who knows...).
