Lateral Decision Help

After searching for what seems like years for a position, I have received two offers. Both are in major markets (one is my home market and the other is DC/NY).
For those who care about vault, the home market firm is a V20 and the other firm is a V50.
Both pay full Cravath but have hours requirements for bonus.
The V50 is chambers ranked nationally for my practice. It’s widely considered one of the premier practices. It’s a larger group (30ish attorneys), with almost 0 chance of advancing to partner (3 partners and like 15 associates). I enjoyed meeting with everyone on the team. I just don’t know if I really want to uproot my life to move to DC/NY for a pit stop (just to get some experience).
The V20 is ranked locally on chambers for my practice area. The type of work handled by this firm isn’t going to be as “exciting.” Things I like about the firm are the practice group size (10 lawyers) and the clearer path to partnership (succession planning was brought up numerous times during my interview). And, it’s in my home market, which is somewhere I’ve always wanted to go back eventually. I’m just concerned I won’t get the necessary experience here.
My gut is saying to take the V20, but is there a blind spot I’m not considering now that could come to haunt me later?
